Kier Infrastructure are currently recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work across our Sellafield project.
Key Responsibilities
In this exciting Senior Quantity Surveyor role, you will support the project team in all commercial matters and liaise with Operational Teams to ensure all commercial gaps are filled. You'll liaise with the site teams in ensuring timely submissions of valuations and applications. You'll ensure cash flow is maximised and assist with internal valuations, VCR, Quarterly reviews and End Life Forecasts. You'll also ensure the accurate and timely evaluation and agreement of final quantities, additional items, rates and compensation events.
What are we looking for?
You'll be qualified to degree level with demonstrable experience in a surveying position and worked within a commercially focused environment. You'll have an ability to use a range of IT packages including MS Office and bespoke packages and able to work to tight deadlines. You'll also be willing to undertake training and development when appropriate.
