Kier Utilities new joint venture with Kier Infrastructure have been successful in winning a new Capital Works Frameworks with Thames Water.

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead our team on these multi-disciplined, Design & Build Frameworks cover projects on Infrastructure (below ground assets) and Non-Infrastructure (above ground assets), for construction and refurbishment of operational treatment, collection or distribution facilities.

Your key responsibilities will be driving Health and Safety performance and engagement within your area of work, whilst delivering forecast productivity and forecast commercial performance. You will oversee effective utilisation of direct and supply chain resources to meet the contract programmes, maintaining the quality standards set out in the project execution plan. You will develop a collaborative approach with, peers the client and end user staff, as well as other stakeholders to ensure the overall success of the project. Promoting cross division working with other members within the Framework to create a one-team ethos will be key, as you take full ownership and accountability for profit and loss, ensuring robust control of target costs and actual costs incurred, whilst creating programmes to plan and measure the day to day activities.

What do we need from you?

To be successful you will hold a SMSTS certificate, proven people and project management skills, a team leader with organisational skills along with commercial and contractual awareness. Due to the nature of the role you will also require a Full Driving Licence.
