Finishing Foreman required join a residential construction project in Lyme Regis.
Our client who specialises in quality residential projects, are looking to recruit an experienced finishing foreman to join their team for 6months. The role will involve organising sub contractors and ensuring all finishing works are completed to the required high standards, minimising the need for snagging. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in finishing foreman roles on residential projects. The working hours will be 07:30am-5pm Monday to Friday with the potential for overtime and weekend work.
Daily Responsibilities of Site Manager Include:
- Ensuring all health & safety is carried out to a high level
- Maintain the highest standard of site presentation at all times
- Supervise various trades/labour staff
Requirements for the role
- SMSTS+
- Valid CSCS card
- First aid at work
