Job responsibilities?
You will be responsible for and oversee production of Sub-Contract and Consultant agreements for the Regional Building Eastern business. Alongside this you will be managing a small team of Technical Administrators to prepare, review, issue and manage high quality robust Sub-Contract Agreements to ensure compliance with Kier Commercial Standards and Authorities.
What?do?we need from you??
We will need you to have experience preparing Sub-Contract documents, have a good working knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts and have relevant experience in a construction environment.
If you are willing to train and develop,?work as part of a team and have excellent communication skills, then we want you!?
