Position: Graduate/ Junior Technical Building Consultant
Location: Dublin 24
Salary: Negotiable DOE
My client, an Architectural Building Products company based in Dublin 24 are looking for a Graduate/Junior Technical Building Consultant to join their team.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Work closely with the technical teams of all our suppliers and provide technical and product support to both internal and external customers and contribute to the growth of the company.
- Ensure that there is continuous engagement with key external stakeholders.
- Promote Technical Building Solutions services to new and existing customers
- Provision of Technical, regulatory, building standard advise and associated calculations to sales teams, customers, and specification bodies.
- Interpret technical drawings and produce take-offs and/or calculations.
- Assist sales team with conversion from product specifications to sales.
- Monitor trends in the construction industry and identify emerging products and market revenue streams.
Qualifications & Experience
- Recognised 3rd level qualification or 1 years relevant technical experience in the construction sector
- Experience within a sales organisation of a construction related company or sales industry experience desirable.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Proficient in Microsoft and other office packages
