Profile:
As a Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for the management and delivery of individual or multiple commercial mechanical contracts. Having overall responsibility of ensuring that all activities are carried out in accordance with the specific T&C's identified within the contract and all international standards and specification governing the works.
The ideal candidate will come from a Commercial Mechanical Building Services background and have experience of delivering commercial projects up to the value of around 2-20million. Being able to interpret designs and also manage the end-to-end delivery of the project will be highly advantageous.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage Mechanical packages within Commercial Projects
Ensure the installation is delivered to the highest standards
Director-level reporting
Strong commercial knowledge and management skills
Attend meetings with both client and internal stakeholders
Develop excellent relationships with client
Ensure you are available to answer questions and offer support/advice
Possess a relevant certificated trade qualification and extensive work experience within the industry
Knowledge of good practice relating to Health and Safety Regulations
Extensive experience managing multi discipline teams
Knowledge of Building Services Contracts and associated accreditations
Experience of managing, controlling and utilising financial resources
