Daniel Owen North are currently working with a regional house builder to recruit a Site Manager to run an upcoming site from the ground in Loughborough. This development is a mix of 3, 4 and 4 bedroom plots with 2 years until completion.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering high quality housing developments, experience with a national or regional house builder and must be motivated to strive for awards and delivering a quality product.

The role

  • Management of the build programme
  • Site H&S
  • Inductions
  • Site walk around
  • Management of sub contractors
  • Ordering of materials
  • Progress Reports to the Contracts Manager

You must have...

  • SMSTS
  • First Aid
  • CSCS
  • Valid UK Driving License
  • Experience working with residential builders
