Key Responsibilities

In this exciting role you will be responsible for managing Causeway application user incidents via the Service Now application and requests in a timely manner, ensuring either resolution, or further expert assistance is sort promptly as well as performing certain system housekeeping routines. You will also be involved in validating requests for alternations to the system configuration and carry them out where necessary, as well as supporting the system upgrade projects and regression testing.

  • Finance qualification or accounting experience
  • Ability to prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
  • A logical mind-set with the ability to quickly adapt
  • Good interpersonal skills with ability to build effective working relationships with all levels
  • Demonstrates strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Technically competent with good MS Office skills
