Kier Places are recruiting now for a Multi Trade Plasterer to join our Housing Maintenance South team in supporting delivery of our Planned & Reactive Maintenance scheme on Grainger Trust contract.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will carry out plastering works including rendering, as well as trade duties such as wall tiling, other tiling, painting & decorating, basic joinery, plumbing, brickwork, and floor levelling. This role will require effective maintenance services on a "right first time" basis to our clients.
What are we looking for?
You'll have a previous plastering trade background with experience within the housing maintenance sector. You'll be able to identify faults, ideally hold a CSCS card, and be asbestos awareness trained.
