Working throughout the Surrey / Hampshire borders and with a diverse portfolio of residential construction and refurbishment projects stretching well into 2022, Concept Build Group are looking to recruit a wide range of experienced tradespeople with a reputation for working to the highest possible standards. In return, highly competitive remuneration packages, based entirely on experience, are available on both CIS and PAYE terms to suit.
The successful candidates will join a well-regarded and highly skilled team as they continue to build on their existing reputation for delivering service excellence from quotation to completion.
Skills & Experience:
- Extensive previous experience of delivering high-quality, customer-focused residential plumbing, plastering, carpentry or electrical services - all trades will be considered
- Relevant industry qualifications. e.g. IEE 18th Edition, Gas Safe, etc
- Full driving licence and vehicle
- Great communication skills - you'll be working in people's homes!
- Polite & courteous
- The ability to work independently to an exceptionally high standard.
- Ideally have your own tools
- Organised, smart & polite with a 'Can Do' attitude
