Job Responsibilities

As a Commercial Assistant, you will be reporting into the Commercial manager providing administrative support for operations within the business. You will be required to run and manage accurate reports and create summaries including P-Card spend, this will include coordinating cash sheet updates, value reports as necessary to assist with Business control. You will be able to report and overcome issues regarding SC hold queries, insurances and self-billing issues. To be able to deal with low value PTP's and PTI's for pre-construction activity.


What do we need from you?

The ideal candidate will have good communication skills to build rapport with stakeholders and management. Being able to take responsibility when managing and prioritising own work load as well as being able to multi-task. Previous experience in an administrative or similar role is desirable but not essential
