Project Management position with a leading Consultancy delivering associated infrastructure to very large scale developments.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning and delivery of development led infrastructure to very large scale developments. Section 278 and 38 works mostly. You will be driving projects forward throughout the full project lifecycle. This firm acts as both master developer and consultant working with a number of high profile developers, landowners, finance providers, and government agencies.
Many of the developments are several thousand units in terms of size. Given the scope of these schemes there is naturally considerable longevity with many stretching a number of years into the future. There is a degree of travel required to some sites as you would expect with flexible / remote working as appropriate.
