An exciting position has become available for a full-time Multi Skilled Carpenter based in London, and to work throughout North & North West London. The successful candidate will earn £30,000 - £32,000 per annum. The company are looking for experienced plumbers who have experience working in council properties. Hours of work will be Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm. Role Requirements All pipework is hard-piped, meaning you must have good experience soldering. Must have basic Own tools Good written and spoken English Physically fit Good communication skills, initiative, and attention to detail Ability to work within a deadline driven team environment May be required to use access equipment for working at heights. May be required to work alone and to follow lone working procedures. To have a detailed understanding of other building construction trades. Be prepared to work overtime when it is deemed necessary by your line manager.
