Our client is one of the leading new home developers in Lincolnshire, they are looking for an experienced Site Manager to cover their. They enjoy an enviable reputation for building quality new homes on attractive well designed developments varying in size from c30 units up to 500 units. The company continues to grow in a planned and sustainable way.

Cover required -
Monday 14th June - Wednesday 16th June, 3 days cover in Skegness,
Thursday 17th June - Coningsby, 1 day,
Monday 21st June - Dunholme, 1 day,
Tuesday 29th June - Alford, 1 day.

The successful applicant must have excellent management skills, with a thorough knowledge of both traditional and timber frame construction combined with a comprehensive health and safety understanding. You will have a track record of effectively managing residential developments, and producing high quality new homes on programme to meet the needs of our valued customers.
You will possess all relevant health & safety and site management qualifications (although we are always prepared to improve the skills and qualifications of all our employees).

You must have -
* Site Managers Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS),
* Competent in Timber Frame & Traditional Construction,
* First Aid at work Qualification (3 Day),
* CSCS card holder (Black Site Managers CSCS preferred).
