Senior Engineer Job in Glasgow
My client is a top 10 housebuilder that is looking for a site based Senior Engineer to join their Technical team delivering a £250m mixed-use development.
As the successful Senior Engineer you'll be joining this leading Top 10 housebuilder, working on the largest regeneration project of its kind outside of London. This project is a mixture of residential homes, shops, gardens, public spaces, community campus parks and much more.
Role & Responsibilities
- Dealing with engineering related site queries
- Ensuring the civil designs are correctly implemented on site
- Assisting in obtaining footpath closures & diversions
- Assisting in the road & sewer adoption process
- Proven track record of delivering s38, s278 & s104
Required Skills & Experience
- Engineering related qualification, degree or equivalent
- Worked within a technical new build environment for a minimum of 2 years
- Excellent engineering knowledge - foundations, road & sewers
- Good understanding of the Planning and Building Control processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
What you get back
- Salary of £45,000 - £55,000
