The Estimator will be responsible for assisting with the control of costs, maximising value, minimising future liabilities and maintaining the required standard of quality and safety on a range of contracts. You will be responsible for providing first class estimating services maximising the ability of Kier Services, to secure new business opportunities in line with the Business Plan objectives You will manage all aspects of quoted works process in order to maximise revenue and operating profit. Be a key member of the team estimating the costs of projects in order to meet or exceed the client's requirements Determine contractual, financial, technical and operational risks and to find opportunities to minimise risk and maximise gross profit.
What are we looking for?
- A role related degree or qualification
- Commercial experience in a similar environment
- Advanced estimating knowledge
- Able to manage time effectively
