Customer Experience Host - Residential Developments
Based at Park View, Woodstock
Permanent position, salary dependent on experience.
Pye Homes, an award-winning property developer is now a part of the Blenheim Estate. We have an opportunity for a Customer Experience Host to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Acting as a host to all customers.
- Delivering an outstanding professional service.
- Showcase opportunities through sales, lettings and affordable home models.
- Be the first point of customer engagement across all key channels.
- Showcase and share the local community infrastructure.
- Work with key stakeholders internally and externally, including the property team at Blenheim Estate Homes so the customer enjoys a seamless experience.
- Conduct tours, communicating key benefits to customers.
- Support customers through decision making and buying process.
- Help ensure the smooth move journey by engaging and driving an effective move and transaction process.
- Find ways to make the buying journey personal, smooth and go the extra mile.
- Managing online property listings ensuring they are up to date and optimal to showcase.
- Managing the database for accurate engagement and reporting.
What we are looking for:
We are looking for an experienced customer service and sales professional ideally from the property development sector. You will need the following:
- Industry knowledge of property development would be ideal.
- Customer service & sales experience.
- Local knowledge essential.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Passionate, enthusiastic & driven and self-motivated.
- Confident & strong communication skills.
- Customer focused.
- Able to deliver under pressure.
- A calm, measured approach, with good attention to detail.
- Flexibility - willing to work across Pye Homes /Blenheim Estate Homes sites across Oxfordshire

This is a full time, permanent position.
Hours per week: 37.25 (09.30 - 17:15, 5 days per week variable)
