Protocol are pleased to be working with a college in Merseyside who are looking to recruit a permanent full time Construction Lead for Wet Trades and Painting & Decorating.
We are looking for an engaging, motivated person who is passionate about teaching the next generation. This is a brilliant opportunity to join the growing Construction Department of a successful college, and for someone to take the next step in their teaching career to lead the design, development, and delivery of high-quality education and training for learners that provides clear progression routes and positive destinations.
The successful post holder will join the Construction department based at the college's bespoke flagship multi-million pound campus.
A background in bricklaying would be desirable however other trades will also be considered.
The Person & Qualifications
You will hold a fully recognised teaching qualification.
You will hold a degree or equivalent suitable vocational or professional qualification and experience in a subject discipline.
Level 2 English and maths qualification.
You will hold an assessors award.
You will possess a relevant health and safety qualification and an IQA qualification.
