We have a new opportunity for a Mechanical Planner to join our Preventive Maintenance team at our Cauldon Cement Plant. You will help improve the efficiency and productivity of our own personnel and third-party services through good planning, follow up and optimisation of all preventative/corrective maintenance tasks. About the role You will ensure targets for equipment availability/reliability are met at the lowest sustainable maintenance cost, in collaboration with all involved departments following the maintenance guidelines defined by the company. Other elements to the role include: Planning and scheduling of all preventative maintenance routines in SAP together with the specific execution responsible Monitor the realisation of the plans and follow up tasks defined in major shutdowns on a daily frequency Lead the preparation and consolidation of the shutdown planning with coordination meetings using MAC guidelines and tools Assure that special and repetitive jobs come with a standard work order Lead the weekly KPI revision meeting as well as the work planning confirmation for the next week Generate Purchase Requisition as well as third party services contracts for major shutdown, assure that spares and services are delivered on time Contribute to planning and purchasing of CAPEX and third-party services Assure that all work orders have the required Health and Safety information and that all legal requirements (Safety, environmental, maintenance) are in the yearly preventive maintenance plan are executed. What will you bring? Mechanical Technician/Engineer 5 years’ experience dealing with Maintenance Experience in heavy industry preferred 2 Years’ experience with definition and implementation of preventive maintenance program and routines Experience applying FMEA Techniques and knowledge of basic problem-solving tools Microsoft Office (Including MS Project), SAP PM (Preferably Key User level) ?What’s on offer?
