Key Responsibilities
As a Team Leader, you will assist the Site Manager in delivering our AMP7 work, principally covering infrastructure works on mains renewal, truck mains and site investigation works. As the Team Leader, you will be responsible for a team of 2-3 people to undertake the key activities required in water infrastructure works. . A critical part of this role is to manage change and effectively communicate this to your Site Manager & team. You will be accountable for the safety and welfare of your team, and you will be involved with decision making as to the use of Risk Assessment Method Statement (RAMS

Can you do it? Yes you can - it is advantageous that you have an understanding of performance and programme, as well as a SMSTS card EUSR- water hygiene and CSCS card.
