Location Bromley BR1
Our client provides a comprehensive electrical service to the public sector, technology, industrial and commercial markets. They are looking for a Contracts Manager, to lead the effective delivery and project management of multiple projects. They are seeking an individual to be accountable for the successful development and delivery of programmes to agreed time, cost and quality ensuring high quality collaborative working with all stakeholders and suppliers, this position will be a mix of site based and office-based work. The successful candidate must have previously worked for an electrical contractor.
Duties
- Project managing
- Electrical design
- QS
- Estimating
- Completing procurement schedules
- Procurement of electrical packages
- Managing subcontract packages - fire, security, data etc
- Issuing tech subs
- Managing labour on site
- Organising access equipment
- Ordering day to day materials
- Certification
- O&M manuals
