Daniel Owen North are currently recruiting for a Site Manager in Hull with experience on retail units and specifically the groundworks/civils package, for a regional contractor across the North. The project is an extension to a retail unit & filling station and will run for 18 weeks.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Management of the build programme
  • Management of all civils works and associated utilities
  • Site H&S
  • Oversight of trades & subcontractors
  • Inductions
  • Client liaison

  • SMSTS
  • CSCS
  • First Aid
