I am delighted to be supporting an award winning, family owned Contractor with a 100 year plus pedigree in their search for a Project Manager to head up fast-track Hotel and Leisure sector refurbishment schemes.

As a result of ongoing framework wins they we are seeking appropriately qualified candidates to cover schemes across the Southern region. Projects are focused within the Hotel and Leisure sector, with values ranging from £100k to multi £m

The successful candidate will report to the Senior Projects Manager and also work closely with the Commercial team to ensure that Projects are delivered to Programme, Budget and Quality targets.

Key duties will include:

  • Developing, monitoring and maintaining programme
  • Creating RAMS and Safety Plans
  • Effective management of subcontract supply chain
  • Liaison with Design and Commercial functions
  • Lead Client liaison and Subcontractor review meetings
  • Preparation of high quality reports for project monitoring
  • Support with procurement of subcontractors

Qualifications / Experience required

  • Degree qualification or time served in Construction trades
  • SMSTS
  • Demonstrable experience within time sensitive refurbishment / fit out sector
  • Strong IT skills, proficient in the use of MS Office
  • Flexibility for working away from home
  • UK Driving Licence
