Assistant Development Manager Job in Dorset
This is an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Development Manager to join one of the UK's largest development businesses in their South West region.
This business is looking for an Assistant Development Manager on a 12 fixed term contract to join the South West region from their Dorchester office. In this position, you'll be expected to be in the office in Dorchester 2 days per week and the rest remotely. There is also a possibility this position could go permanent after the contract.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide support across the development team
- Assist in the negotiations of term for suppliers, consultants and contractors
- Where appropriate, negotiate terms for the acquisition of property and land
- Assist with bid submissions
- Assist in the marketing and public relations
Required Skills & Experience
- Ideally 1+ years' experience in development post qualification
- Relevant degree
- Driving licence
What you get back
- £30,000 - £45,000 DOE
- Car allowance
