Key Responsibilities

Plan and arrange traffic management required to enable access to the carriageway to carry out investigations/testing/surveys. Liaise with suppliers / contractors to plan and co-ordinate works required Prepare task orders and check claims for payment from our contractors. Prepare survey/investigation packs for site team/contractors required for works. Attend meetings with Highways England and our teams to take notes and understand testing requirements. Ensure documentation/forms to be completed are accurate and good records kept of works undertaken.

What do we need from you?

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills as this role requires significant liaison with other teams and suppliers
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Ability to organise and prioritise workload with minimal supervision
  • Previous experience in a Planning/Co-ordinator role or similar
