Assistant Building Surveyor opportunity with a mid sized private practice operating across the greater midlands area out of 5 local offices. This well established firm offers a full range of property related advice with the Building Consultancy a valuable part of that service offering.
The Building Consultancy team is very well established and has a well founded APC support programme with hands on support and training as you work towards gaining your MRICS. They offer two main areas of advice with Building Surveying including areas such as defect analysis, dilapidations and party wall matters and then project management and contract administration where your duties would include feasibility studies, writing specifications and managing contractors.
We're looking for a recent Graduate in Building Surveying, with a good degree attained in a RICS accredited course in Building Surveying. For this role you will also need at least 1-2 years industry experience as well as a full UK driving license.
