Internal Sales Agent Full time, Permanent, Competitive Salary Wenvoe, Cardiff

Breedon are currently seeking an Internal Sales Agent based at our Wenvoe Office near Cardiff. You will be a key member of the sales team focused on the sales of construction material products as part of our South Wales and South West England area.

You will be responsible for dealing with inbound enquiries from customers, offering sales admin support to our Territory Sales Managers and pricing/chasing/winning orders. You will positively represent the Breedon brand, offering our customers an excellent and professional service.

The key responsibilities of the role are as follows:

  • Ensure all phones are answered in a timely manner and enquiries recorded
  • Raise and price quotations and enquiries, returning them in a timely manner
  • Process order acknowledgments
  • Generate weekly reports for the Commercial Manager, reporting key sales data and any significant enquiries
  • Actively seek and identify opportunities to sell additional products and upsell on the initial enquiry received
  • Respond to invoice queries promptly
  • Work pro-actively to identify new customers, sites and opportunities
  • You may on occasion be required to cover other departments depending on workload and staffing levels
