Project Manager Job in South East
I'm currently looking to speak to Project Managers with experience in Commercial Fit Out's or refurbishments to join a growing design and build company in the New Forest.
This design and build company operate across the South East of England including London with Commercial Fit outs and refurbishment projects ranging from £500k - £4m. As the successful candidate, you'll have experience in site management of commercial fit out and refurbishment projects across the South East. In this role you will be required to travel across the South East, depending on where the project is, and staying away maybe required. The travel accommodation cost will be paid for by the company.
Role & Responsibilities
- Managing sub-contractors and all trades on site
- Site inductions
- Management of H&S
- Ensure all site documentation is accuracy and kept updated
- Site set up
- Work inspections, raise snags/issues with relevant trades
- Arrange meetings with clients and sub-contractors
- Update the program of works.
Required Skills & Experience
- Ideally 5+ years' experience in commercial fit out
- Strong construction knowledge
- Ability to read construction drawings
- Knowledge of building regulations
- Good knowledge of M&E
- SMSTS
- NEBOSH
- CDM regs
- Driving licence
