Are you looking for a career in Road Lighting? We have a fantastic opportunity for a Design Technician to assist with the preparation of technical solutions to engineering problems as a member of the Road Lighting team and as directed.

Key Responsibilities

As Road Lighting Design Technician, you will maintain consistently high technical standards and ensure team members do the same. Effective and efficient management of workload programming, resources and financial aspects of projects. Assist in ensuring that deliverables conform to the client's requirements, recognised standards, statutory regulations and company standards.

What do we need from you?

You will have an award of or training towards HNC/HND or Degree or equivalent in appropriate discipline. Some specialist knowledge of the road lighting design discipline gained through training or qualifications and experience. Knowledge of relevant design software and standards and proficient in the production of engineering drawings using AutoCAD. Understanding of supporting factors such as health and safety, quality management and environmental management systems.
