Project Manager (and Site Manager) - Cladding

The Company
Specialist Cladding/ Facades company, who operate all over the UK, working directly or on the behalf of main contractors, supplying all variations of facade cladding to the construction industry and associate sectors, from housing, residential, retail, commercial, leisure, universities & schools.

The Role:
Acting as a principal contractor, this is a 52 week program of a re-cladding of a hotel in Bristol, running a cladding strip & installation project (Timber Cladding), along with the scaffolding erection.

Experience/ Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager or Project Manager on Facade/ Cladding/ Curtain Wall projects
  • Cladding projects experience
  • Reclad experience on residential / multi-storey buildings
  • Principal contractor experience
  • Strong track-record of H&S/ QA recording.
  • SMSTS, CSCS, H&S certified
