JOB DESCRIPTION:
Caretaker required in Bury for an immediate start. Our client is looking for a caretaker to join the team on a static site in Bury.
This caretaker role will be on an ongoing contract basis, the role will be 37 hours a week Monday-Friday.
Daily responsibilities will include:
?Minor maintenance duties on site
?Fabric work
?Key holder and duties
