The role will include taking calls from customers, building a rapport and using your technical knowledge to complete basic fault finding, identify the problem to be passed on to the engineers themselves.

- Based commutable to Coventry
- Have a technical background (Basic electrical/mechanical knowledge)
- Customer service experience
