New Homes Sales Advisor Job in Edinburgh

Are you an enthusiastic sales advisor looking to work for one of the UK's Leading Property Groups? Our client has an exciting opportunity to join their development arm working on a new development based in Edinburgh. Ideally, you will have some experience within new homes sales either for a developer or via an agency, however strong face-to-face B2C sales backgrounds will also be considered. The role offers a salary of up to £30k with a £45k OTE plus comprehensive benefits package.

Role & Responsibilities

- Promote and sell units within an assigned territory; including supporting the marketing and promotion of properties

- Work with the Sales Manager and other members of the team to deliver target-based, site-specific sales strategies

- Establish and build a solid customer base and pipeline for future business

- Oversee the end-to-end sales process including reservations, liaise with legal parties and purchasers and home demonstrations/handovers

- Identify any areas of concern within the reservation process of a unit and problem solve /escalate as necessary

- Assist the Sales Manager in providing accurate forecasting and reporting data in relation to expected sales completion dates, including a weekly update on-site sales status

- Promote and sell "Sales Extras" and accurately record customer specification choices

- Monitor and attentively respond to sales enquiries

- Seek to improve our systems and service levels and make appropriate recommendations to the Sales Manager

- Ensure purchaser's expectations are met where it relates to the reservation and sales processes

- Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience

- Preferably 2+ years' experience within new homes sales for a developer or agency, strong face-to-face B2C sales experience will also be considered

- Demonstrable success in a target driven sales role

- Strong negotiation skills

- Commercial acumen

- Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines

- Excellent customer service to include dealing with complaints

- Proficient in Microsoft Office
