Commercial Manager Full time Astley Moss, Greater Manchester

Breedon are currently seeking a Commercial Manager based in Astley Moss, Near Leigh, Lancs.

You will be responsible for managing the commercial and distribution aspects of our Express Minimix business in your regional area, in the pursuit of winning work, delivering exceptional customer service and identifying key opportunities to grow the business.

You will have strong selling, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, along with sound strategic, budgetary and financial knowledge. You will develop a performance culture in the sales and distribution office; this will ensure that an effective and efficient customer interface is achieved from receipt of enquiry, pricing, quotation generation through to order receipt and despatch of materials. Direct line management of the Express team requires a professional, experienced and skilled team manager who can demonstrate their relentless drive to seek out opportunities to deliver ever improving quality and efficiency. A confident manager of people, you will develop, support and recognise the contribution our employees make to the success of our business.
