Senior Site Managers Opportunities
Site Managers Opportunities within Roofing/Cladding/ €60k-€67k
Location: Dublin
Salaries: Neg. €60k- €67k + (Depending on Experience ) with Excellent Benefits Package
Duties:
- Management of sub-contractors, labourers and onsite staff
- Complete detailed handovers of work areas upon completion.
- Supervise and coordinate installation.
- Lead Site Foremen and sub-contractors
- Identify, report and manage through project risks
- Ensure works are installed to the approved drawings and specification.
- Management and control of health and safety
- Producing RAMS for works being carried out on site.
- Conduct regular Toolbox Talks, Health & Safety Inspections and Health and Safety Briefings.
Requirements
- 3- 5 Years + Experience Site Management Experience (Roofing/Cladding/ Facades/Building Envelopes Projects)
- Strong IT Skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills essential
