JOB DESCRIPTION:
Caretaker required near York for an immediate start. Our client is looking for a caretaker to join the team on a static site near Langthorpe. This will be working in a school so an Enhanced DBS will be required.
This caretaker role will be on an ongoing contract basis with the view to going permanent. It will be 8 hours a day, 40 hours per week.
Daily responsibilities will include:
?Minor maintenance duties on site
?Fabric work
?Key holder and duties
Requirements for the role

?Computer Literate

?Trade background (Desirable)
