Breedon are currently seeking a part time Customer Services Agent based at Cloud Hill, Derby.
Working within a team in a fast-paced environment you will be responsible for dealing with customer enquiries for asphalt and aggregates. The office also provides a distribution centre for a network of local asphalt plants.
In this role you will be accountable for:
- Telephone and email contact to and from customers.
- An adept and timely response to customers' enquiries, queries and complaints in an efficient manner.
- Proactive planning and tracking orders to completion.
- Scheduling and rescheduling orders whilst utilising haulage fleet effectively.
- Compiling and maintaining accurate records as required.
- Communicating effectively with commercial, production and haulage partners.
- An ability and desire to adapt cross functionally as and when required.
- Identifying and contributing to managing your own personal development.
- Full compliance with Competition Act 1998
Good verbal skills are essential and previous experience in the asphalt, markets is required along with a familiarity of the local geography.
