Daniel Owen North are currently working with a regional main contractor to recruit a Site Manager for a residential scheme in Hull. This project consists of 2 new build semi-detached properties, along with a refurb of a current building into 4 new properties. The ideal candidate will have experience across both New Build Residential and Refurbishment projects.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • H&S
  • Management of build programme
  • Management of trades & sub-contractors
  • Inductions
  • Client liaison
  • Updates to the Contracts Manager and Director
  • RAMS

You must have...

  • SMSTS
  • First Aid
  • CSCS
  • Experience with residential and refurb projects
