We are currently recruiting for a Lead Analyst to manage a small team of Systems and Data Analysts and identify opportunities to improve service to the business within our Procurement function.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you'll assist the Systems & Data Manager to identify opportunities for service improvement and deliver the commitments set out in the Procurement strategy. You'll lead a small team within a function where the opportunity to progress and develop is very important, while still focusing on meeting the objectives in a timely manner.

You'll also capture, analyse, document, and manage requirements for implementation of systems and reporting dashboards, with a focus on delivery of business outcomes, and provide support on existing systems and processes.

What are we looking for?

You'll be a good communicator, a self-starter, have a keen eye for detail and be able to concentrate in an agile working environment. You'll have demonstrable experience of a service focused environment, with a good understanding of data analytics and business process mapping.

You'll also have some experience of leading a team and supporting colleagues and customers to deliver an industry leading service.
