Land Manager/Senior Land Manager Job in Bristol
This is an opportunity for a Land Manager or Senior Land Manager to join a top 10 builder in their Bristol region
This top 10 house builder are looking to strengthen their land team from the Bristol office by appointing a Land Manager or Senior Land Manager. In this region, you will be looking for immediate sites from 50 - 1500 units from South Gloucester down to Taunton, across to Salisbury and up to Swindon. This role is an agile working position with 2 days per week in the office and 3 days remote.
Role & Responsibilities
- Identifying land opportunities
- Negotiating terms for the acquisition
- Prepare and submit land approval packs
- Build and maintain relationships with landowners and agents
- Manage the offer process
- Support the Land Director and Regional Managing Director
Required Skills & Experience
- Ideally educated to a degree level of a relevant course
- Experienced in land buying in the region
- Previously worked for a housebuilder
- Proven track record of completed land deals
