Kier work as part of a framework for Western Power Distribution to ensure its customers have power in their homes, businesses, schools and hospitals. As Utilities Supervisor you will play a vital role in the delivery of schemes across Redruth, supervising teams consisting of both supply chain and direct labour.
Organisation is key in this role while you ensure teams are working safely and compliantly within Kiers and WPDS' policies and procedures. You will see the communication between multiple stakeholders go from strength to strength while you work as team to ensure works are complete.
What do we need from you?
To be successful in the role, you will need to have working knowledge within the Utility Sector, ideally the electrical sector desirable but not essential, hold a NRWSA qualification preferably Supervisory level, good IT skills and a Full Driving Licence.
