Our client, an award winning multi disciplinary building services consultancy, are seeking an adept Electrical Design Engineer to join their expanding M&E team in London, to support delivery of prestigious building services projects across the UK.
Opportunity to join this esteemed organisation at a great time, as they continue to expand creating opportunities to take responsibility on a variety of projects and fast track progression to a Senior position.
Responsibilities
-
Design of electrical building services (i.e., HV/LV Power, Lighting, Emergency Lighting, Lighting Control, Fire Alarms, Communication Systems, Lightning Protection, Security and Access Control etc.)
Visit sites, complete inspections, identify issues and solve problems
Review Electrical Design Constraints.
Liaise with colleagues and construction professionals throughout the design and construction process.
Assist with professional development and maintaining records in accordance with CIBSE requirements.
Requirements:
-
Revit/BIM Environment.
HNC/HND/Degree or equivalent certified Electrical Engineer.
Ideally from a building services design background ( i.e residential, commercial, social housing, hospital, etc)
Preferably 3+ years experience within given industry
