Chartered Building Surveyor job opportunity with a small but well established Building Consultancy in Staffordshire.
This is a new opportunity with a highly successful Building Consultancy with nearly 20 years successful trading. They work with a wide variety of clients such as landlords, end users and property developers and cover all aspects of Building Consultancy although about 80% of their work is in professional surveying. With a small number of exceptions their work is mostly local to the staffordshire area and they remain extremely busy moving forwards.
We're looking for an experienced, ideally chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS) with previous experience in all aspects of professional surveying such as dilapidations, pre-acquisition surveys etc. Strong communication skills are absolutely essential and our client is keen to find an enthusiastic team orientated individual with strong technical building surveying skills who likes a varied role.
