Job Title: Senior Document Controller

Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Document Controller, you will manage the document control process, providing a well-regulated information resource. You will support the communication and embedding of Kier's approach to document control, providing information in response to requests from the business. You will access client portals, download and upload documents to relevant platforms and create document control registers. Training of staff in relation to document control will also be a requirement, ensuring best practise.

What do we need from you?
You will have experience in Document Control in a similar environment from inception through to completion. You will have detailed knowledge of Document Control processes and be a confident user of Office 365 and SharePoint. An analytical and organised approach is important in this role as well as a proactive approach to work with the ability to problem solve, offering effective solutions.
