Key responsibilities
We have an exciting opportunity for a Streetworks Coordinator to join the CityFibre team in the Gloucester area.

The Streetworks Co-Ordinator, sitting within the Operational Support section of the business, is responsible for managing the Streetworks Administrators and ensuring that all team KPIs are met and that SLAs set by local authorities and clients are adhered to. The Co-Ordinator will also be responsible ensuring that all streetworks related fines and audit fails are managed in a timely manner and communicated to the appropriate parties. This role is essential for delivery of work, as well as ensuring commercial adherence, and therefore the Co-Ordinator will attend weekly calls with internal Commercial stakeholders to ensure that revenue is being protected.

This fast-paced role supports the operational teams with permits and notices to the local authority. You'll need to adhere to tight deadlines and ensure attention to detail throughout tasks. Produce development plans for employees and have regular one to one meetings to track performance and development. Analyse data to hold subcontractors to account for fines and failed audits.

What we need from you?
Ideally you will have experience in an Operational Setting, managing a team. Streetworks experience is preferred, experience in highways/construction/council background will also be considered.
It will be essential for you to have knowledge of the MS Office Package, along with a good level of IT competency.
