Key Responsibilities

We are currently looking for a Project Administrator to join the innovative new contract with City Fibre. You will need to carry out key office administration processes from inputting into bespoke systems both internal and external to validating wages. You'll need to be able to collate and prepare reports, filing etc all in a timely and accurate manner as per the requirements of the client. Validate all information received and identify & notify any issues to the field teams and subcontractors before submitting to minimise risk.

The position is an integral part of the delivery team and will involve dialogue with the client and 3rd parties. The contract is a fast moving and evolving workstream therefore thriving in a dynamic environment is a must.

What do we need from you?

To be successful in this role you will be experienced in an administration position, computer literate and has specific experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word. You will need to have excellent organisation and communication skills and a keen eye for detail is essential.

It would be desirable for you to have previous experience of the communications network, and/or streetworks, as well as working knowledge of TMA and NRSWA. However a positive attitude and a can do approach is essential.
