Kier Places are recruiting now for a Senior Contract Manager to manage responsibility of a portfolio of FM contracts.
Key Responsibilities
We are currently looking to recruit a Senior Contract Manager to undertake responsibility for a portfolio of hard and Soft services FM Contracts based in some of our more central/northern contracts. In this integral role, you'll manage senior level relationships with key stakeholders to ensure contractual requirements are met and take ownership of all issues relating to operational performance and life cycle management.
As Senior Contract Manager you'll also drive service delivery excellence by strategically planning and providing leadership and direction to our FM operation teams.
What do we need from you?
With previous Contract Management and people management experience, you will have an in-depth knowledge of building services, relevant industry qualifications and inspirational management skills - ideally with experience within Facilities Management sector, this could be the role for you. For this role a good understanding of Health and Safety is a must, and an IOSH Managing Safely certificate is preferable.
You'll be energetic, punctual, proactive and reliable with the ability to lead, guide, and motivate others towards achievement.
