We are currently looking for a SMSTS Site Manager to oversee our DDA works in the Birmingham, Dudley & Nuneaton area. This will be a site management position overseeing direct trades and sub contractors doing disabled alterations.
This is a permenant position and the ideal candidate will have
SMSTS
Drivers Lisence
Experience managing social housing work streams
Experiecne with extentions and ideally basic new build experience
This is a great long term position with competetive salary, car and fuel allowance with a large maintenance contractor.
