Our Head Office located in Newcastle upon Tyne is recruiting for the position of Group Marketing Coordinator to join the growing sales and marketing team. The Role The role of Group Digital Marketing Coordinator reports to the Group Digital Marketing Manager and is responsible for delivering marketing administration, processes and projects undertaken by several assigned divisions. The Group Digital Marketing Coordinator will work with copywriters, designers, photographers, and CMS systems to implement and oversee marketing strategies. This role ensures the efficiency of marketing processes with the goal of optimising brand exposure and driving company growth within a highly competitive market. A keen interest in administration, data and analytics is essential for this role, as it requires attention to detail, investigating information and combing through databases, spreadsheets, and evaluating marketing strategies. Principal accountabilities of the Group Marketing Coordinator role include: Liaise with divisional sales teams to obtain information to be able to write and amend content for the website, social platforms and business portals. Liaise with internal sales advisors, copywriters and marketing coordinators to implement specific tasks and requirements pertaining to marketing requirements. Ensure the successful marketing of all new developments and properties on the Bellway website and any associated brands. Collate, organise and implement tasks relating to the sales teams, external agencies and other members of the Marketing Team. Maintain, expand and utilise existing databases of clients ensuring GDPR compliance. Proof-read materials from various departments to ensure accuracy of all published material. Undertake an ongoing review of development content on our websites by liaising with appropriate members of the divisional sales team, to ensure accuracy and improve the quality of information presented on developmental web pages. Work with agencies and partner organisations to improve our brands and product awareness. Keep abreast of new digital and traditional opportunities as well as changes to the industry as a whole. Hold a general understanding of online advertising and metrics to review effectiveness of campaigns. Experience, Qualifications and Skills Experience Experience within a digital marketing role is essential Experience of working within the construction or property sector is desirable Qualifications and Training GCSE Maths and English – Grade C/4 or above (or equivalent) Higher Education Qualification (A-Level or equivalent) Marketing qualifications are desirable Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle Skills and Aptitude Excellent communication skills, including face to face, telephone, video conference and strong writing capabilities - A level or BA/MA degree in English or Marketing would be beneficial A keen interest in data and analytics, with an ability to interpret information relating to sales and marketing performance and use this to shape future decisions and campaigns. Experience with updating websites and using a CMS Understanding of key marketing metrics for example impressions, click through rates. An understanding of online, offline and event based marketing. Good time management and organisation skills Excellent planning skills with meticulous attention to detail Ability to build relationships both with internal and external personnel at all levels of seniority. Experience in handling multiple concurrent projects, working to deadlines and under pressure Ability to work with individual initiative and within a larger team. Ability to organise and track tasks Enthusiastic, positive and motivated with a flexible approach to work Excellent attention to detail Able to embrace training Email campaign creation, management and reporting beneficial. Good working knowledge of Powerpoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop & Asana and demonstrates a willingness to be trained on internal IT systems.
