I am currently looking to appoint a Help Desk Manager into my clients office in Bathgate. Work is within the Domestic Public Sector.

My client, a leading contractor within the Social Housing Sector, is looking to appoint a Help Desk Manager to head up a team of around 10 Work Schedulers.

Day to day duties will be ensuring the team are efficiently booking in technicians and subcontractors ect in order to complete jobs in time but also analysing MI data of the team and general compliance.

We are interested in speaking to people who have had experience working in the Public Sector and/or a call centre environment.

This is an excellent permanent opportunity to run a successful team in a fast paced office environment.
